Hot and sour soup is my favorite Chinese soup. I think to get it right is really difficult. I have a Chinese restaurant that does it great here in Greeley, CO. I have never been able to duplicate that in my own cooking, however I found these recipes for you...

Ingredients
4 cups seasoned chicken broth 1/2 cup frozen green peas 1 egg, beaten 
Directions
Bring chicken broth and peas to a boil in a large saucepan. 
Slowly add egg to the boiling broth, stirring constantly. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
