1995 Nissan Quest Hard Shift from 1st to 2nd gear?

I have a 1995 Nissan Quest with automatic transmission. It shifts hard from first to second but fine in all other gears. I was told it could be a bad transmission mount. Could that be the problem or am I looking at a new transmission?

    TRANNI ISSUES. GO TO A TRANNI SHOP THEY WILL TEST DRIVE IT AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT SHOULD BE DONE

    go out today and get 1qt of lucas transmission conditioner and put it in right away and see what happens/only use lucas/never mind level get it in there now
