32g ipod Touch vs. 120g Zune?

I'm debating between these two. I really want an ipod touch but Zunes are cheaper and they hold more. I already have a 4g zune nano, I just need an upgrade really.

So, is the ipod touch worth it or should I just go for the zune?

I don't use the zune marketplace I use cd's and torrents so don't let that influence your answer (I see it a lot).

Update:

I really want the touch for the touch screen/apps/internet. However with the zune I really love the idea of near unlimited space (i mean really, who will use all 120g's?)

Just thought I'd add that. I'm still confused.

The iPod touch is massively worth it. But i suggest you wait until September 9th for the 3rd generation iPod Touch. It will be much better than the current 2nd generation.

[and even though it doesnt affect your answer, the ipod touch has the itunes app which totally owns the zune marketplace :P]

I have a 32GB touch and I haven't even filled up half. And for the zune, if you can't ever fill it, and you want a touch anyways, dont go for something you dont want. You'll probably get a new one before you even fill up 32GBs on the zune.... and the 3G ipod touch will have up to 64GBs just so you know

like another stated, in case you want video games and apps, get the touch...for noticeably plenty the rest, get the HD. extra constructive sound high quality, extra constructive demonstrate screen, browser works basically as stable simply by fact the touch, apps are obtainable yet are constrained as of now...yet extra apps and 3-d video games are on their way alongside with project Gotham Racing, and in all hazard a cellular version of Halo. yet I honestly have the HD and the touch (borrowing a pals for some days) and that i detect myself listening to music and watching video clips on the HD and making use of the touch for video games and apps and thats noticeably plenty it. i want the browser on the HD to touch b/c it sort of feels a splash quicker plus the OLED demonstrate screen makes the pages look extra constructive IMO...yet the two are stable.
