Boardmaker?? Is there a cheaper option?
Boardmaker computer program for pictures. Is there any other program that will do a similar thing?? for a cheaper price?? That lets me put my own pictures in with wording, aswell as has the PECS pics??

There is a program called Writing with Symbols I use that at work more than I do boardmaker. For most words by hitting the F12 button will have a choice pics and I think you can put your own as well but I have never tried it.
I really like it and write social stories with it, use it for visual timetables and use it wih all my PECS kids :-)
I am not sure of the cost but I am nearly 100% sure its cheaper than bm

There is an online subscription service called Make-A-Schedule at the following link. It's about $50 for a year long subscription and seems to be very similar to Boardmaker. I actually like alot of the pictures on this program better than Boardmaker.
