Need help finding some jeans!?

I went to the guess store in 2004, and bought a few pairs of jeans, they were pretty expensive, around 130 each, but they were the best jeans I have ever owned. At this point, these jeans are tattered rags so say the least, I am trying to found out where I can buy the same ones again! Any suggestions? On the back tag it says

Men's

Style/Model # M3276134 32

Cut/Coupe UC353

At this point im really willing to pay any amount for these, since I got 3 years of good use out of them its worth the money.

Thanks for the help!

Update:

And they are Guess Jeans, Mens, not the old school Guess with the triangle logo, but the newer style

I think you should call or email Guess Co. (1-877-444-8377), tell them the style/model # you got and ask them which one of their current styles matches the one you got. Also you may want to try a Guess Outlet Stores as well. They carry past seasons clothing.

It worked for me when I was looking for an old jeans made by Levi's.
