I am currently running Windows Server 2003, about to upgrade to Windows Server 2008.

I am simply doing an upgrade, I have the actual CD.... It currently runs active directory with numerous policies set, as in user names, profiles, file access permissions. There are about 40 employees and it would take forever to write down all the policies.

My question is, does simply upgrading to 2008 without doing a fresh install also migrate the policies?

I am doing this fairly soon, please help!

I can make calls over UMA (router) when I am in the US and it only takes away on my minutes. I am going to Jamaica in 2 weeks, and I would like to make US-Bound calls from Jamaica. The hotel that I am staying at has free wifi. I called T-Mobile and asked them, if I am not using regular cellphone band and only using WiFi, can T-Mobile charge me roaming?

I presented the question to T-Mobile and am getting mixed answers... How would they know where I am making the call from if I am making calls via the Internet. Can they trace the IP to Jamaica and realize that I am calling internationally?

I thought about this and also realize that some internet connections in the US have a European IP Address.

I would like to know if anyone else has done this before and if they got charges.

Hi, I am starting up a location for Massage Therapy in Michigan in a few months.... I have everything done i.e. locations, website, and employees... I just don't have a name yet and I need one soon!

I bought this guys fishtank off of a classified ad, I cleaned it like no other, I dont have any fish in it yet, just wanted to let it cycle for a while and so far I had this growth of some soft coral, I have no idea what it is. It actually spread to another part and grew rapidly. This is over the course of 5 weeks... from basically a frag I did not even notice.

I have a 55 gallon bow-front tank, has about 50 pounds of rock (35 lb live 15 lb base) it was previously used as a saltwater tank but the owner took horrible care of it. I purchased the whole thing for a cheap price, spent days on days cleaning the rock and tank to make it pristine. I bought a halogen lighting system, hang in the back filter, protein skimmer and 3 power-head pumps. Water salinity is at 1.019, temp is at 78.

The tank has been sitting for a week or so filled with water, with the filter, skimmer, power heads, and lighting all on (halide lighting, moon lights, set to timer to imitate cycle).

All I want in this tank are 1 or 2 fish, maybe clown fish that would look nice and would be easy to maintain. All I would really have time to do is weekly water changes and feed them every other day or so. I want the fish to look beautiful, I was look at this Mandarin Dragonet, thought it was amazing

Do you know of any other fish that would fit in 55 gallon with low maintenance?

I also wanted to keep some varieties of sea anenome in the tank, any suggestions on nice ones? and can I have more than one and are keeping these hard to maintain? I was told they release alot of ammonia.

Anyways, I want my tank to look nice and simple.

I went to the guess store in 2004, and bought a few pairs of jeans, they were pretty expensive, around 130 each, but they were the best jeans I have ever owned. At this point, these jeans are tattered rags so say the least, I am trying to found out where I can buy the same ones again! Any suggestions? On the back tag it says

I bought a large 65" LCD TV, I am loving it like crazy. I hooked up a computer to it in the VGA input, picture looks amazing.... The computer has 2 terabytes of data filled with pictures, movies, music, and TV Shows. When I show people these, I am scrolling around a monitor using a mouse and fidgeting with VLC or KMPlayer. I want to get a media player that is flashy, easy to use interface, and categorizes them accordingly. I have a PC Remote also, so pretty much I should be able to just go up and down, not fancy controls.

Please let me know if you can think of anything!

I have a Dell Optiplex GX280, with the following specs

4gb DDR2 SD RAM

1GB ATI Radeon 9600GT Video Card

2 - 1 TB Hard Drives

but just a P4 2.8 GHZ

Everything on the computer is fine, but the processor has got to go!

Can I just buy a processor and put it on the computer? I know some may say just buy a new computer and put the extras on that. I actually got all the extras given to me and I dont want to spend money on buying a brand new machine.

Please let me know if I can just simply take the CPU out of the motherboard and put a new CPU on it.

I have a home network of computers, 1 in every room of my house, so basically about 7 computers including a laptop. All of these computers are dell, and I used the same installation disk for XP to install on all these machines, the computers work fine, have SP3, firewall disabled, and are connected to an N router. 3 out of the 7 computers are wireless. This is my problem, all of the computers have shared directories and everything and all have the same work group name. I have no WEP key protection, pretty simple to jump on my router. When I access certain computers, they suddenly ask for passwords to get on the computer. I have never set up a password! Has this happened to you? How do I fix this? I am pretty computer savvy, and I am just running across this problem for the first time and its driving me nuts! Please Help,
