What Kind Of Lizard Is This?
My cousin caught it. And before I release it I want to know what it is.

Sorry for the bad pics. It also has a black (or really dark) tongue. We found it in northern california near the coast.
It's tail likes to curl around my finger when I was holding it. And it burried itself in some dirt my cousin added to the little containor we put it in.

It's an Alligator Lizard.

That's sort of hard to tell..
Here are some photos of what I think it could be, also I think you caught a baby lizard too:

Those are the two best species that looked similar to the baby. Hope I helped.
