Birth control, missed pills, missed period?

I plan on calling my doctor tomorrow, but thought I'd ask if anyone else has ever been in this situation. Last month I took the first three weeks of my pills and was on my last week. Apparently (due to a stressful week) I got myself confused and thought that I should start my new pack when I should have been taking my last week of my previous pack. My period did not come and it actually took me the entire week to figure out that I missed my "off" week. Should I continue taking the pills as I'm going on the second week of my new pack tonight, or should I just stop and let my period come? Will I even get my period if I continue on with the pills? Is that healthy? Once again I plan on calling my doctor tomorrow, but I'm just worried. Thanks!

As long as you take the pills, you will probably not have a period. You can choose to stop and let your period happen, then take the last week of your last pack of pills to start your "first" week, and then continue with the second week of your second pack for your real second week. Or, you can continue your treatment until your next "off" week. If you do this, your next period might be heavier than normal or last longer, but you should be fine.

keep on taking your new pack until you get to the last week when you dont take your pills or take sugar pills. you wont get your period because by starting the new pack you told your body to skip it. your going to be fine, i know lots of people who do this to just skip their period for weddings and stuff like that. the only bad this is that the next time you have your period it might be a little more heavy and have more cramps due to skipping this one.

you could properly be pregnant.you fairly ignored alot of pills. i could extremely question why you ignored maximum of... in case you're busy, it sounds such as you would be busier. you could evaluate the ring. the ring is almost considered one of those plastic braclets you we wore as teenagers. You insert it into your physique and go away it for 3 weeks. The fourth week you're taking it out. i think of it extremely is acceptable for individuals that are actually not very responsible with the classic pill.
