Bend the tabs on the castle washer back, remove the prop nut and thrust hub/washer, and pull off the prop. If it is seized on the shaft, use penetrating oil, a gear puller and a hose clamp to remove the prop.

When I worked the west coast of Florida, the stuck prop came apart with a torch and then you got a 3 jawed puller to pull the hub, --when your new prop was put on, you mixed 1/3 rd white grease with 1/3rd STP, and 1/3rd of silver anti-seize. This mixture would keep your drive shaft from sticking to you crankshaft also- but it was messy to clean off anything.

Hopefully you live in Michigan or some where that the salt isn't so thick and the other answers have your prop on the ground by now.

Edit: Jims "hose clamp" will become obvious once you try to make the puller stay on the prop thrust washer.

Undue the big nut on the shaft. Remove the washer with the tangs on it. If it has a cotter pin, remove it,then there is a thrust washer that should come off and the prop should come right off, if it doesn't put a 2x4 in back of the prop and hit it with a mallet. Do not for any reason hit the prop itself, you will damage it. Sometimes they pop right off and sometimes they will fight you all the way.
