Reaching level 5 and....?
I have just reached level 5 and for my surprise the little sign of Top Contributor (in languages) has disappeared from my profile. Can someone tell me why??????????

You got the badge by answering lots of questions in languages and you must have slowed down because you now lost the badge. You have to keep up that killer pace and keep answering in your category to keep the badge! I answer AT LEAST 20 questions in this category every day and hence keep my badge.

The top contributor badge is dynamic you earn it or lose it depending on your recent participation in a particular category.
The badge is temporary so it appears/disappears on Monday without any notification. Keep positively contributing and u can earn your badge back AGAIN in a few weeks [=

How long have you not been going that category?
The only reason why your TC badge is gone is because:
1. Your Best Answer percentage has dropped under 12%
2. You haven't been going to the category where you are TC at actively
3. You haven't been answering enough questions on that category

You have to keep a 10% best answer level to keep your top contributor badge, go back to languages and answer more questions and get it back to 10%. Hope my answer was helpful?

TC badges are fluid - they reflect your RECENT activity. Have you spread your answers out too much? Has your BA percentage gone down?
