Twilight junkies - what do you think of Robert Pattison?

I am not pleased with having a guy who wears lipstick, has hair all over his body, has no muscles, to play the amazing edward cullen. but everyone else is fine but i am VERY dissopinted with the director there is one scene when edward wears SUNGLASSES!! WTF!! he CAN'T GO IN THE SUN SO Y THE HELL IS HE WEARING SUNGLASSES?

I don't think Rosalie looks anything like what Rosalie should look like. To me, Robert is too serious for Edwards role, even though Edward is serious, but just like you i don't know who else i would pick to play Edward.. Esme is ok, i think they could have picked better. Bella, NOO! Kristen is good for scary movies but not Bellas role at all! Emmet and Jasper are great. Alice is so amazingly perfect. Victoria's hair is decided "fiery red" and hers is a light Orange, they should die it redder. Jacob is SO hot! Perfect person to pick.And um... that's it. I think the movie will be okay. But i hope that it is as amazing as the book.

It's true I didn't imagine Edward to be anything like Robert Pattinson...Ok, Let me rephrase that, I didn't think Robert Pattinson would play Edward in the movie. I don't know who could have portrayed my 'imagination Edward', it was probably impossible since no one out there is 'perfect'. But of course they had to choose someone. And personally I don't like Robert too much. (not that i have anything against him..)

Bella was probably not very close to what I had imagined. I thought of Bella as a little more..fragile. I cant think of a word.

The rest of the Cullens? I think most of them are fine. :]

ok, rob pattinson isnt anywhere near edward in my head, but still, he is good looking and he is an amazing actor. i have no idea how they even picked someone for the role (i certainly couldnt have)

the rest of the cullens are fine. its just a movie. chill. you couldnt get it any better - be grateful there even is a twilight movie.

i cant wait for it to come out personally, and i think i will definitely enjoy it even if its nowhere as near as good as the books!!!!!!!!

Yes, I think he fits Edward's character perfectly. Also Kristen Stewart is how I pictured Bella. And the Cullens, well I love who they casted but Jasper's hair is wrong! And Emmett's hair is supposed to be curly. I also love who they casted for Jacob but no offense, I think he looks better with the short hair.

Edward: I don't like Robert. I wanted Tom Sturridge :(

Jasper: I like him, but I wanted Trent Ford... he would have been perfect!!

at first i didn't quite like Robert Pattison playing Edward because i didn't really picture Edward like that, but i think i'll be OK with it, it's not the worst they could've done.

i think that Kristen Stewart for Bella is PERFECT. that's exactly how i pictured her :)

and as for the rest of the Cullens .. i'm not really happy with that. they're not hot enough at all i don't think.

What's funny is that the stars in twilight all hate the books. It's a show. All for money. Look up their interviews, they've admitted it.

i'm sorry for all the girls that thought Pattinson wasn't HAWTTT enough. grow up. He's ink and paper. Now that the books are being brought to life, you have to realise that level of perfection doesnt exist.

I think hes awesome because he hates twilight, and only acts because its his job. Its comforting that hes not a rabit dipshit fanperson who'll rip your eyes out if you dont like twilight....

The cast is terrible. Theyre nothing like in the book. Except for bella- she plain, clingy and clumsy in the book, and as an actress. Sorry Kristen, just though you should know. Sorry to twilight fans. I just hate it so much, i think its the best place to take my anger out.

He's great. Just as how I imagined Edward to be. Also he hates the twilight books and hates Edward so that makes him even more awesome.

I agree no one can live up to the image i have of edward. Even the best makeup artist couldnt take the hottest guy and transform him into edward.

i think hes a good actor, and he does have the looks i pictured edward with, but not as...gourgeous. i dont even have words to describe it
