If he had a valid one he would have put this horse to bed. Interesting that the guy bringing the case is a respected Democrat.

the flaw in your question is that he already has released his certificate.

Not his fault if there are science fiction writers who make up some fantasy to try and make you think otherwise.

The 2nd flaw (aside from reality of it already being released) is that no individual person has the legal authority to force him to show THEM anything. Any person can file a lawsuit. That does not make the CONTENTS of the lawsuit legitimate.

If you want to go more hilarious, you can find an online petition.. which has NO legal base, since signatures can be faked. And idiots out there believe that if they scream loud enough and long enough.. they can force the court to give them legal "rights" that don't exist in the first place.

Listen to common sense for once, k? When any candidate declares for President, they are required to provide proof that they meet the Constitution's requirements, by both the DNC and the RNC. That was done long ago. This nonsense? It was started by people who have no hesitation about spreading smears and lies as long as it results in fools who will believe them. If you really would like to, you can find copies of his b.c. on legitimate Internet sources. Will you look, or will you be content to believe this b.s.? Up to you.

The USCIS could check him on data base. They have all the records of Naturalization citizenship if one parent is foreigner.
