What's the most dangerous city you've visited?

For me it's Melbourne. At a pub, four guys grabbed me, shoved me against a wall and started punching me, and when i fell to the floor they kicked me. Have you experienced a similar attack? If so, where in the world was it?

Update:

Not melbourne FL, but Melbourne, Victoria, Australia,a city of about four million people. Ever heard of it?

The most dangerous city in the world is whatever city I'm in. In fact, I think it was me and my gang who took care of you in Melbourne. And don't go on as if it was an unprovoked attack, mate. I remember you were wearing a yellow t-shirt in that pub. You were asking for a thumping.

Melbourne FL? For me it was Harlem in the Bronx in the 1970's. We were driving through one fourth of July and the people were trying to through firecrackers into the car.

Paris..in the underground or metro or subway or whatever you want to call it. It was late at night and there were 9 of us, 7 girls and 2 guys, and these punk rocker punks, I think it was 3 of them, started to push us around and yell at us and kick us cuz they thought we were Americans..and noone came to our aide by the way. I thought they were going to pull knives on us and stab us, you should have seen the hate in their eyes..

The French don't like the Americans, period. Well, a lot of them don't, we found, anyways. If they hear you speaking French with an accent, they automatically assume you are American and can be unbelievably rude to you.. As soon as we started to wear our Canadian flag shirts and hats on a daily basis, the bad and rude incidents dropped to zero..
