Talking about tortillas (spanish not mexican) I need....?

something different to prepare them. I always do them with tomato, onion, capsicum, mushrooms, chorizoor hotdogs, but I want a very different recipie. Can somebody have one?

    Have you tried slow cooking minced meat with capsicum, olives, onion, shallots, mushrooms, tomato paste, chucky pasta sauce, garlic and 2 bay leaves. Add water if its too dry. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours. Then serve with tomato, lettuce, sour cream, avocado. Thats how I cook them at home. There is always enough mince left over for a few meals. It freezes well!
