What is the frquency used in SPL Battles?

I am wondering what frequency people use to make incredible SPL like the one on this video:

    normally people will play tones somewhere in the 35-45Hz range. that's where the bass will really pound and give the most spl and that's about the range where people in spl tune their boxes. the lower the not the harder it is for spl to register so if you play like a 32 or 30 Hz not and give a high spl reading, then you're really doing it.
