How long after I have my baby will I have my period?

I had my baby 8 weeks ago and NO period....Should I be worried???

I am not breastfeeding

    mine came back after 8 weeks...and i exclusively breastfeed..actually i am menstruating now with a 3 month old..

    its different for every woman..i wish breastfeeding delayed my periods..

    I got mine back in 3 weeks.

    If you are breastfeeding, many women report that they don't get their period until they quit breastfeeding. If you are not breastfeeding, I would call the doctor's office and ask when it would be considered a concern.

    Mine took four months, I was not breastfeeding either.

    Are you breast feeding? Breast feeding will delay the return of your period.
