Religious Ethics. Encouraging/supporting the underaged?

I've noticed something in R&S and have a ethical conflict.

I've seen a number of (apparently) under aged questioners asking heartfelt questions about their chosen faith. They have obviously already made decisions about their faith. I then see Fundementalists attack these kids - falsely warning them about Satanism, making vailed threats of their mortal sole etc. Basic scare taticts.

My question is is it ethically correct to report "abuse" when the Fundementalists honesetly believe that they are morally obliged to make these threats?

I see it as a violation of a child's human rights.

Yes i do think we need to report the fools who attack a child who is seeking answers!

Everyone has freedom of speech, no matter how "objectionable" it may seem to others. A violation of a child's human rights would entail physical harm or severe mental scarring. I don't think that name calling in an open forum on the internet is classified as violating the human rights of a child. Hopefully ridiculous speech by these fundies will teach kids that this world is not perfect and that their are some pretty ridiculous people out there.

i also had to go through it when i was still a child. it is good to start seeing the ridicule and bs from a young age. remember these children are far more advanced than when we were children
