Any good places to get an omelet on Upper West Side (50s,60s) of Manhattan NYC?

I love to start out a long day walking with a nice omelet, but don't want to get lured into a crappy tourist dive or an overpriced diner. Any suggestions? Staying on W. 64th St. Tank you!!

What a question from a person who is good at mathematics. Life is not all mathematics. No wonder, indeed.

Sarabeth's is an institution for Brunch on the Upperwest side. They have one in the 80's (the west sider's haven) and a new location on Central Park West (50's). I guarantee you'll love it and take some jam home with you.

LOOK, drive to Astoria to a place called "Mike's Diner" -- it is well worth it.
