  • Grad school w/o GRE possible?

Ive graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. I plan on starting a non profit that does credit repair and is a resource for anyone wanting to start an investment (home purchase, business venture etc) in lower income neighborhoods. Before I went into to college I had been discouraged from studying African Studies for my undergrad. But now that Ive graduated, AND I audited some courses in the MA program Dept for African studies at my school, I know I want to go back. Do you think schools will be slow to accept me since I didn’t study African Studies in UG? Also…would they accept me if I don’t take my GRE’s?

  • Should I join Philadelphia City Year?

I am going to be graduating soon from college, and I will be having rent to pay, and other bills. But I want to join City Year because it would be great to give back, but do you think I could still seek a job in my field, and do City Year? I mean, volunteering is great, but I have bills to pay, what should I do?

  • What is the name of this profession?

Basically I would get all of the details of someone's finances, debts, bills, income, everything. And I would work intimatly with them for up to a year basically coaching them and watching over their finances to make sure they spend within budget and work towards paying off credit cards and saving. I would sit down with them on a monthy basis and say things like "I see you spent money on sneakers, that isnt within budget, your not going to remain on track". I would help people reach financial goals in an intimate setting. It isnt a 9 - 5, and my clients and I have a psychologist patient/ friend relationship.

  • Girls only. Preference for nice body, Big Butt, small waist?

I know tha TV is a world of fantasy. But the girl...Angel from Trey Songz Wonder Woman video has me feeling a bit insecure. I have a pretty nice body, no gut, teardrop butt, and thick theighs. After seeing this video though, I have been being hard on myself about tightening myself up. Is that butt realistic? I mean, I dont want something that huge, but I want jaws to drop when people see my body. What is your workout routine for girls who have acheived that look? Big Butt, Small Waist..

  • College Junior looking forward to getting an MBA?

I am currently a college junior, and I want to take a year off while taking a prep course for my GMAT. Does anyone know of a program, preferably based in Philadelphia that assists African-American females in funding the application process (I almost screamed when I say $100-$250 application fees), and perhaps even helping to fund the actual MBA program itself?
