How do I resist cheating on my tests when cheating is so easy?

All the tests and exams are online so I use my phone to access them. The questions are also taken directly from Quizlet. I can literally highlight a question (all multiple choice) and find the answer word-for-word on Quizlet. It’s too easy so how do I resist cheating? I’m in high school.

    About AP exams Help me?

    Favourite answer:

You do not have to take the AP exams.

AP exam scores are for POSSIBLE college credit only. They do not figure into your application. Colleges do look favorably at a student who has challenged themselves by taking AP classes. Your grade in your AP classes will matter to colleges. AP classes will help you better prepare for university level work.

Not taking an AP exam will not affect your college application.

Is it really bad to do worse on the PSATS the second time you take it?

    Favourite answer:

I don't think they will be too upset considering the circumstances, and don't worry, it's not a stupid question.  I'm only in tenth grade so I just took the PSAT once, but my brother took the PSAT and his score went up from sophomore to junior year, but not a ton.  In fact, he took the SAT three times, and his best time on the reading section was during his junior year, not his senior year.  He submitted his second SAT score (taken during senior year) because reading was decent and math was really good, but the point is that every time he took it his reading score dropped slightly, even despite a bit of studying.  Sometimes that happens.

Given the pandemic and challenges of learning online, I'd say that it actually is a legitimate excuse because even though my school has done OK with online schooling we are still not getting through nearly as much material as past years, yet multiple people (including myself) are struggling.  Also one test isn't really indicative of anything.  There's a lot going on right now...

Also your score isn't bad, and it's not like it decreased by 100 or even 50 points.  It's possible you even got the same amount of questions wrong as last year, or even did slightly better.  In my book, it's pretty much the same score.  :)

What happens if I don't take the ACT?

In Ohio, you are required to take the ACT, but there is nothing that says anything about what happens if you don't show up for the test. I do not plan on going to college and was under the impression that this test was optional.

Is 50 minutes for a test that has 50 multiple choice questions reasonable?

I am struggling in a college class because pretty much our only graded work are exams which is 50 minutes for 50 questions and I feel that I need more time and taking into consideration that information is pretty much thrown at us and you don't really know what will specifically be on the test (the test is NOT memorization you have to have a complete understanding of everything which I need time to read and think about the question).

Isn't the SAT a de facto IQ tests for Higher Education Institutions?

What else would be the point of an SAT test?

It being that one test that determines your future, and what education institute you're allowed to go into.

That sounds like something that an IQ test could be used for.

Can universities revoke the degrees of graduates bringing them into disrepute?

The likely answer seems to be no, that is neither done nor necessary. But if so, for some of us on the receiving end of (persistent) idiocy and/or criminality from graduates of famous institutions, it really does seem to damage the stock both of the famous institution itself and the degrees they award.

Is failing an exam a good choice for me to retake the exam?

I have an exam upcoming in few hrs. I have prepared properly and I will pass with decent marks is what I am sure. But I was considering to fail it so that I can retake the exam(that is the only way to retake exam in my country), so that I can get more marks. Is that a right thing to do?

Where could you get a real IQ test?

Just curious as to where one would be able to take a real and verified IQ test.

I doubt the internet has real IQ tests, and it seems like every one has their own way of doing it. So where would you go to take one?

Do hospitals have them? I knew someone who said they took an IQ test in the mental ward of a hospital, but not sure how accurate that is.

I am so dumb and I'm pretty sure my iq is lower than average?

    Favourite answer:

You gave no examples of why you think what you do. Based only on the wording of your question I would say you clearly have average intelligence. There have been many, many questions posted on Y/A that show a lot less intelligence than yours does.

    .

I suggest what you lack is self confidence not a lack of intelligence.

    Is IQ definitive?

Does me scoring say 95 in an IQ test, not an online one but one taken by a professional, make it definitive? Is the number set in stone? Is there no way to increase it?

I have always believed that my life has been all about breaking limits but an IQ test score would be a limit that i cannot break, if at all it's definitive. I hold an opinion that limitations exist....only if you let them. This is an ideal that acts as a driver in life. I'd lose all my drive and fortitude had the IQ test be definitive.

Should I take the ACT or SAT or both?

I’m usually way above grade level for English, but I’m usually way below grade level for math. I’m ok at science, although I’m terrible at chemistry and physics.

My daughter just got done with her mammo-tech training and wants to perform her first exam on me; should I let her?

I think it would be weird performing such an exam on a family member but what do you think?
