What breed is this bird (re-worded due to lack of answer)?
This is not Jay after viewing a picture of it. I cannot give more details except a photo which I do not have. The best I can describe this bird is: you will say it is a jackdaw if not for the colours on its head and body. Is male jackdaw more colourful than female jackdaw? Like some male mallard duck is more colourful than females ducks?

A bird I saw only once in my garden, exactly the same shape and look of a jackdaw but very colorful instead of black and grey of jackdaw.
