Anyone replaced a thermostat in a Westinghouse RB411G fridge/freezer or similar?
What holds the back "cool plate" on inside the fridge? Are there screws behind the four plastic covers or studs that I can see or are they push-in type of fixings.
This assumes that the thermostat sensor (the long "tail") is fixed to something behind the plate, not just hanging there loose.
3 AnswersDo It Yourself (DIY)6 years agoHere's one for Ozmaniac. Vietnamese girlfriend to visit Australia.?
I'm pretty sure that ETA's are not available to Vietnamese citizens. We want my girlfriend (sounds terrible at our age, but she is not a De Facto, fiance or anything of the like) to visit me in Australia for a month or so (I am a citizen). What visa would she need and what can I do to assist in this. She is a successful hotelier and has children in Vietnam so is no risk of overstaying.
7 AnswersGeneral - Australia8 years agoHow to get Rajah Tandoori Masala (Spice Mix) in Australia?
I live in Australia and am trying to buy some Rajah Tandoori Masala (Spice Mix) from the Rajah site but I get a failure message when trying to pay and no response from Rajah (twice) when emailing them about this.
My old mother, now deceased, used to send me supplies each year ready for the barbeque season.
I can't seem to find it on any of the supermarket online sites, although Tesco's does carry quite a range of tandoori powders. Are they as good as Rajah's. I used to get Sharwood's, but that seemed to finish years ago.
Anyone got any ideas?

12 AnswersRoyalty9 years agoATM's in China- can I access my Australian account?
Usually when I travel I just use my Australian card in local ATM's.
Does China have this facility, i.e. accessing foreign bank accounts through ATM's.
4 AnswersChina9 years agoAnyone been to Beijing?
I'm going to Beijing as a tourist at the beginning of May this year for 16 days/nights and am looking for any travel tips etc from fellow Australian travellers who may have been there. I've got a hotel booked just near the Forbidden City for the first 4 nights which leaves me with another 12 days/nights. I'll have to go to the Great Wall, but is that just a day trip from Beijing? Do you have any other must do & see things that you could tell me about. What about staying in a more rural community outside of Beijing or do you have any good tips on specific hotels or locations in Beijing that you could pass on to me. All advice will be gratefully received. Thanks
3 AnswersGeneral - Australia9 years ago22 days in Beijing for an Australian tourist?
I'll be in Beijing as a tourist at the beginning of May this year. For the first 4 nights I have booked a hotel just near the Forbidden City. That leaves me 18 days & nights. I'll need to go to the Great Wall of course, but is that just a day trip? What are the sights I should see, night markets to visit, daytime spectaculars etc or more rural out of Beijing places to stay that I should try and do. Do you have any special places that you would recommend staying in Beijing. All tips & advice will be gratefully received. Thanks
6 AnswersChina9 years agoI arrive in KL on Saturday 12:30hrs and fly out to India Sunday 06:30hrs. Where to stay?
The most likely bet is to stay at the Tune hotel overnight, rather that just go in to KL and then try to get back for 05:00 Sunday.
Anyone got any better suggestions/hotels etc
