Need some advise,

I recently had an item stolen and after length delays,a lot of money and mucking around I was finely paid out the full amount of the insured minus the excess which was $2500

2 weeks after the pay outt the item was found and in the same condition as it was before being stolen,which was "New condition" six months old to be precise.

Do I stand any grounds to front the insurance company on any reimbursement of the amounts that I have paid such as the excess ?

The item was new and as they would sell it to recoup the pay out amount they most certainly will make there money back + a nice little profit.

the claim was made in Australia was an Australian company.

I have a feeling I would be wasting my time but somebody may have some advise.

I bought a car recently which got a flat Tyre.I rung the car sales people because it did not have a spare Tyre.

They told me it was fine to drive on three wheels until I got it fixed

Would this be alright ?

Seem to be a problem for others too.

Can't load the games in accessories,not even after using the disc.

Ticked and Un-ticked but no differences.

I have tried to load directly from disc but still no go.

I have have had a look in the start menu and there not there either.

Any idea's is this a problem that has developed through xp ?

I have done some seaches and it seems I am not the only one with this problem.

Ever since I can remember I have been waking up during the night with my feet firmly pushing at the end of the bed.

I drive for a living and have also dream t of driving and having no brakes to stop me,But nothing ever comes of it,as accidents or anything.
