My mom hasn’t had a bowel movement and needs help?
My mom has diverticulitis. She contacted her doctor and her doc won’t see her for another 5 days. She hasn’t had a bowel movement in 4 days and is in pain. She’s tried fiber and OTC meds and even pressure points. Nothing is working and she can’t wait 5 more days. Does anyone have any recommendations that would help?
*Note: if it gets too bad, I will be taking here to urgent care because her doctor is not helping. I’m just hoping to get her some relief today.
6 AnswersPain & Pain Management2 weeks agoPossible C8 nerve issues?
I have neck and shoulder pain that radiates. I get headaches almost everyday. When laying down, my left pinky and ring finger go numb/tingle. All pain is on the left side. Pain isn’t constant and sometimes I feel fine. This has been happening for a few years. In the past few years my shoulder has given out on me 3 times when lifting something heavy over my head. My shoulder makes a clicking noise that the doc said is my shoulder blade rubbing against my rib cage because of muscle weakness. I’ve gone to PT which is what was recommended by the doc, but it seems to make it worse. I’m planning on going back or finding someone that will give me a second opinion but I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask the internet’s opinion. Is this possibly something causing issues with my C8 nerve. I’m only 26. Doc didn’t seem to be concerned because the pain isn’t intense all the time and I have full strength in my hand. However, when the pain is bad it’s really debilitating.

My radio will only turn off when the passenger door is opened but not the driver side door. It’s not the fuse. I have a 2005 Ford F150
