What is your opinion of people who are frontin like they got the skills when they obviously don't?

they tend to overrate themselves

Examples like singing or dancing? I suspect they've done their research and possibly know they're not the best but aren't afraid to show off what they have/can do cause, in all honesty, who's ever the best? Practice makes perfect and perhaps they could be an inspiration for other individuals to not be so ashamed to practice their own skills in front of others.
