Why do republicans want THEIR religion taught in schools but won't allow Yoga?
For 30 years, the state of Alabama has banned the teaching of Yoga because it's part of the Hindu religion. Recently, some gym classes wanted to incorporate it into their classes. The republicans threw a hissy fit. No religious part of it would be included but they still whined anyway. These same republicans want THEIR religion given special treatment. Like putting the ten commandments in the classroom.

It's simple. All right-wing/Republican political ideology runs on a high-octane blend of hypocrisy, ignorance and white supremacy. That's why.

I think we'd all be happy with math, real history, and science taught in school to exclusion of religion and PCBS. I don't care of you are black or white or whatever gender you pretend to be, pay attention in class and do your work. Take up your social life and issues after the 3 o'clock bell rings.

I don't have a religion. But I'd rather the Inquisition than yoga. Yoga is worse than believing in Jesus even if to avoid having monks pour molten lead down my throat.
