How can I get out of in-person state testing? ?
I've been distance learning all year as I live in a COVID hot spot. My school is not allowing masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, or social distancing during state testing as to make proctoring easier. My father has a heart condition and, if exposed to COVID, could die, similarly to my mother who is also immunosurpressed. My school will not take a note for their health issues. What can I do? I am willing to do anything to get out of these tests to spare my parents well-being.
The main issue is, vaccines aren't approved for anyone under 18 yet.

your parents need to DEMAND that the school observe proper CV19 protocols, including during testing, due to their health conditions. If refused, they need to escalate this up the chain of command -- reaching as far as the Head or principal if necessary. If refused at that level, in a government school, the next level is to appeal to your school board member for help with this. And if stonewalled, then you go to the media -- preferably tv and as many of them as you can get to. I'm in America. [no idea where you are]. Should all appeals fail, in your position, I'd refuse to show up -- and then sue the administrators, school, and school board for the right to take a replacement exam under proper safety conditions.

Either get the vaccine yourself or report them to your States Health department. How would they know if you used hand sanitizer?
