Should I say my coworker's name when I talk to her?

She is really nice and probably said my name 10 times in her sentences when she talked to me, when I didn't even say her name even once. Some people complained to me about this, and they said, "Do you even know my name? I notice you never say my name or call me by my name." Should I start calling my coworker by her name?

You say somebody's name when you meet them in the morning.   Like "Hi John, how is going?"......   or "Hi Janie....."......

I'm not an English teacher, but it is weird if you talk like this "I put my papers on John's desk last time".   And you are talking to John.....   as if you are a child....

Young people have poor communication skills these days.....
