Not sure why anyone would seek help for something that benefits them. P.S. This personality disorder is the same thing that got Trump elected. AOC may be a menace to society but she's tailor made for our current vapid tweets-as-information culture. Maybe it's time to take a look at ourselves and ask why we propel people like this into positions of authority.
