So, gun nuts, would thinking an election was stolen when it wasn't be considered a mental illness?

It was massive deception by Trump and conservative media. They are extremely gullible, but I'm not sure that counts as a mental disorder. Unless it's considered a delusion. But the ones who supported using violence to overturn the election should definitely not ever own guns again. 

Stupidity isn't a mental illness, just like thinking that banning guns will stop crime.

I think it's more a question of subpar IQ and extreme gullibility than a mental disorder.

I wonder what people would choose if the choice was own a gun or vote.

what I find scarier is that the election was stolen, and there's not ONE judge, including SCOTUS, that will listen to or look at the evidence. in a nation of laws, that's frightening!

The susceptibility for anyone to join trump's cult would indicate a mental disorder. All cult leaders have an ability to lure feeble minded people w/ a delivery of words that are pleasing for them to hear. The validity of the words is inconsequential to them especially the ones that develop to be false because the cultists have to hold themself accountable for voting for a con man.
