Do you have a fast food restaurant in your area that others may not be familiar with?

I sometimes see fast food places on 48 hours and Dateline and some of them I’ve never heard of. One story took place in Alabama with a place called Milo’s Hamburgers and another place in the south was a chicken place called Zaxby’s. For some reason I find this fascinating and wonder how many unknown fast food places exist in certain corners of the country. What places do you have in your neighborhood that you take for granted that may not be familiar to me a New Yorker?
