Are psychopaths born sick or made sick?

The answer is both. 

Ask a psychiatrist. Particularly the type that likes to give out Big Pharma psychiatric drugs that destroy your brain and body. For $$$. 

They know a lot about the subject and on a very personal level, too. 

After all, by definition anybody that would knowingly do that to another human being without feeling even the slightest bit of guilt or remorse would HAVE to be considered a psychopath. Right? So ask one of them. They know a LOT about it.

Psychopaths don't get sick unless they fall prone to disease or illness just like everyone else

In my opinion, psychopaths can be born with some sort of genic marker which makes them susceptible to the disease.  Also I believe some people develop this type of illness because of all kinds of hurts, anger, the way they have been treated, etc.  I am not a Medical Doctor, so this is only my opinion.
