Democrats want to expand the court to 13 Justices and fill those new openings with partisans. That's called "packing the court."

Yesterday, while speaking in favor of that, Democrat Congressman Jerry Nadler said, "We’re not packing the Supreme Court, we’re unpacking it."

In Nadler's logic, Trump using his Constitutional power of appointing replacements for justices who died was "packing the court" and what the Dems are doing is "unpacking."

Do Democrats think anyone honestly believes their BS?

Dems think everything they say is gospel. they're delusional like that. and what about propriety and manners. was that that loudmouth Waters who told Sen. Jordan to "shut up!" Since the Dems have the WH and Congress, they are going ape **** crazy to pass all their socialist agendas. America will be politically unrecognizable by the end of the year.

But it was ok when you appointed Barrett in the last days of trump’s presidency but wouldn’t let the Democrats the same with Garland during Obama’s last term. Just like when you win an election there’s no voter ‘fraud’ but when a Democrat wins an election it was ‘stolen’ and you react by trying to overthrow the government. I’ve seen 2 year olds who take more responsibility and accountability for their shortcomings and failures than you people do.

I think you understand this is payback for Mitch McConnell blocking Obama's nomination of Merrick Garland. That wasn't a situation where the Senate refused to confirm Garland. McConnell refused to even allow a hearing on the matter.
