Why do Republican governors not care if their citizens die of covid ?

Some care, some don't.  The more they buy into the cult of Trump, the less they care.

Because they only care if 1/2 of their citizens die (they could still have a  majority that way of 51%). 

The repubs are perfect perfect examples of the 51% 'Haves'...genociding/ killing/ torturing the 49% 'have nots'.
