    Yes, please!  Egg drop soup is the perfect hangover cure.  I love dumplings, war mein, chow fun, mongolian beef and almond cookies.  I have fortune cookies though.  Not only are they pastey and dry, the fortunes are usually some backhanded comment or curse disguised as a blessing.

    Because of the use of sesame it allows for the inclusion of 'bitterness' and bitter is one of the five tastes so it allows for a more encompassing taste experience.  Bitter is the rarest of the five tastes and most difficult to work into food, unless is Chinese or other Asian food that uses sesame.
