    No. His fragile ego will not allow him to be in a position to lose another election. He was making fake excuses in 2016 just in case he lost. He pushed fake excuses in 2020 when he DID lose. He most likely views himself as a kingmaker behind the throne now, pulling the puppet strings of the person he helps get into office.
