Will the UK ever get a truly democratic vote or will it continue on with the 2 party state supported by both Labour and Conservatives?

Update:

Just to clarify. One vote doesn´t mean 1 vote as it did during the Brexit vote. If you had everyone in countryside A (with 10 people) and countryside B (with 10 people) both voting for Purple party, yet everyone in City C (with 200 people) voting voting for Yellow Party. Then even though 200 people voted for Yellow and only 20 for Purple. The Purple Party would win the election 2-1 and take control of the country for 4-5 years. That is a NOT a democracy.

At the moment it's a one party state. Unless Labour can win back SNP seats in Scotland, the Tories are unchallenged

    It is already Democratic.

And by 'truly democratic' vote, you mean whatever fringe party you support will get more representation in the House than it earned at the polls.  That's not going to happen.
