For years now the Republicans have refused any attempt at bipartisan action. They seem totally committed to paralyzing government. McConnell is threatening that if Democrats do what they can, what they were elected to do, to get govt. moving again, the Republicans will refuse any attempt at bipartisan action, and will be totally committed to paralyzing government.

So what's the difference?

Trump added one third of the current Court, three justices. If Biden doesn't try to balance that we should have big changes to the two parties.
