Half bagel with cream cheese, spring mix, smoked salmon, scrambled egg and goat cheese.
And a spring mix salad with Roma tomato slices and marinated mozzarella balls.

Steak, egg and fried onion sandwich. And a few bbq chips for crunch plus a coke (no sugar).

It's only 12:27 PM here in Nova Scotia. You really expect me to have eaten lunch already? I usually eat lunch at 2-3 pm and I am probably going to just make myself a sandwich.

A cress sandwich and a few mixed nuts normally I’m not for having Cress sandwiches for lunch on a work day but I was really craving one
