Common sense -as long as Biden, states and liberal cities/counties continue to fixate on guns while ignoring the criminal, nothing changes?

Here in L.A. County our alt left D.A. just dropped affixing gun enhancements to criminal charges. So maybe the whole system needs to get onto the same page before they start passing federal legislation on this issue. The message being received here is that lawfully owned guns are the problem whereas the gangbangers using illegally gotten firearms is such a minor detail it shouldn't even factor in their sentencing. 

That is true.  The killer will just use a different, perhaps even deadlier weapon to release his aggression/mental illness.  Also, only criminals will have guns while the rest cower.
