What do you think about United Airlines initiative to hire pilots based on race and gender?
Lets just argue the pilots will be as skilled as white males, is it right to deny a white male a job based on his skin color and gender?

From now on when i see a minority i will assume they got the job because of their skin color or sex NOT because they were the best applicant and sadly i will be right far more often than not

Identity politics.
If the ideal candidate is white he should be discriminated against.
If a candidate for the job is not much good (but is the correct color)...........
I'll stick with a pilot who is competent; not one selected on woke principles.

I don't really care, but one popular belief is that the people hired don't need to be qualified just snatched off the sheet. What a horrible thing, to have have professionals that more or less the racial and sexual percentages in the US. Of course EVERYBODY knows for qualified jobs, only old white men should be considered.

It’s discrimination. Plain and simple. You have a*shats on here agreeing with it. These idiots can’t get over the past and obviously need therapy. Tools.

Just as right as it was to deny those who weren't white males a job based on skin color and gender. That went on for centuries, what's a few years. Suck it up, buttercup; or give back your ill gotten gains and everyone starts from scratch.

Somewhere, in the future, I see a United Airlines crashing into a mountain and 300, people dead, followed by 300 lawsuits against united because there was a question whether the pilot was qualified or just happened to be the
right" color
