    Although there are quite a few other Q&A sites available on the Internet I know of NONE who act like YA and allow anyone to ask, even anonymously.

    Neither do they allow the kind of trolling, abusive and racist post plus many other posts who blatantly ignore YA Rules and YA does not care and lets then continue to do it.

    Having been a Moderator on two other Q&A sites I can assure you that other sites also employ human moderators and they do not allow the type of disgusting posts YA condone and they will NOT allow anyone to post anonymously. 

    They also insist that all subscribers posts are accessible at any time by other subscribers.

    No. I don't mind swearing, but I wouldn't want to be on a site full of bigotry or gore pics or who knows what else.
