Does underdosing of fish oil supplements lead to withdrawal symptoms?
I am meant to take 2 tablespoons a day at once but I take only 1.

No reason it should. At worst, you simply won't get the benefits a full dose would have provided. There is nothing to 'withdraw' from. It's just fish oil, not a narcotic or addictive substance.
