No. It is not shutting down. They are going to relaunch the site on June 1 with comments and your choice of a green or orange screen.

I will go to StackExchange. I already have an account there. There are lots of topics there and it is a proper questions and answers website. I don't like Quora the people there are puffed up wafflers and can't answer a question succinctly. Also Reddit is far too divided up. Every subreddit is a circle jerk in an echo chamber. Any discussion goes off on a tangent of in-jokes and memes.
