Is it much easier to find a vietnamese girlfriend in larger cities that have a bigger vietnamese community?

So I'm vietnamese myself and I'm looking into moving to a large city where there is a larger vietnamese community. I'm thinking about either atlanta, houston or dallas as those are the big cities in the south that I like. I've heard that it is easier to find a vietnamese girlfriend who could become your wife potentially if you two get a long good. About 4 or 5 of my cousins met their significant others in those cities and I have hopes of being able to do the same. Is it much easier to find a vietnamese girlfriend in bigger cities like those that have a bigger vietnamese community ?? Where would I go to meet some people in those cities if I move there ??
