Now that Dementia Joe want to spend trillions on infrastructure using expensive union labor ?god forbid taxpayers get a reasonable deal by paying prevailing non union wages.

It went to the same place that the money from Social Security went.
It went right into the Democrats pet projects.
Any new money they raise will see a large part of it diverted as well.

In Pennsylvania, it goes to the Turnpike up keep that will continue to raise user rates until at least 2050!
Somebody in Pa. skimming, toll booth collector jobs have been eliminated!
