Are the migrants who are being detained in the southern US borders being checked for any communicable diseases ?

I heard measles are rampant in these locations and spreadable well into the USA

    Yes, they will be checked, if the staff has time.  Does this mean they won't be released into the US while still contagious?  NO. They admit to releasing lots of people with covid into the US.

    Normal 'mericans are not routinely screened for these communicable diseases. They represent a significant health risk, and should be quarantined.
