This is a Business & Finance matter, NOT a Cars & Transportation one.

Necessities come ahead of wants, regardless of prices.

Well you shouldn't buy anything you don't need until you have 1) your own land 2) your own house or RV or travel trailer paid off 3) a car paid off 4) a bike in case the car breaks 5) money saved up for emergencies such as a fire. 6) money saved for retirement 7) money saved for groceries and future bills.

Basically, if you don't have these things paid off, then you're wasting money on things you don't need, and you're screwing yourself over. You're gonna be like 50 years old and still not have a house or trailer paid off if you keep wasting money like you do.

I would say to buy the necessities first, then the things you really like, and lastly the things that it would be just neat to have.

If you postpone buying the expensive things because you spent all your money on the cheap ones, you will never get to buying the expensive ones
