How do I chargeback non-refundable digital goods?

Hello there, so I need some advice. I recently accidentally purchased software for $150, and I would like it refunded. I have not downloaded the software or anything like that, just accidentally used apple pay and face id to purchase the item. However, there was a no-refunds policy. I explained to the seller my situation, and they told me that they would not refund my purchase since they had a no-refunds policy. What should I do to get my money back? $150 is a lot of money for me not to even use the software that I bought. The seller is now ignoring my requests when I asked for another refund. PLEASE HELP ME

Chargebacks aren't for when you aren't paying attention or think you can get away with something.

Chargebacks are for when you don't get what you purchased (never arrived, arrived broken, broken soon after).

    No refunds MEAN no refunds.

Next time don't 'accidentally' do that. Once you hit the final key you have completed a legal contract.

What's wrong with your understanding?  NO REFUNDS!  If it was too expensive for you, why'd you buy it?

This is what Credit Card charge backs are for. Stop payment.

Only an Attorney may advice you on your rights, You signed a  digital contract. You are on the face of it liable for payment.
