Do you think in view of the recent mass shootings and no gun control in the U.S., we no longer deserve to be classified as civilized.?

Oh, it's much worse than that. Our children are becoming more and more f*cked in the head with each generation. Now instead of one in three having issues, we're getting 3/3 having behavioral damage. Our government agencies stopped giving a f*ck a LONG time ago about monitoring what is safe to eat/consume. The almighty Dollar dictates what the 'man' says we should eat. Never mind that gluten is essentially poison, and sugar has STRONG ties to diabetes, and now Alzheimers/Dementia, which are also rising in case numbers.

Our leaders treat the populace like something they can experiment on, and control when it's time to be 'elected' again. One half of the country is so liberal, every other week we have a meltdown over someone refusing to put pronouns on their Twitter, while the other half (largely banned from Twitter) is either actively plotting against the government so they can replace it with a fascist, white ethnostate, or, they're sitting at home with their wife/sister making more babies so Uncle Sam will give them bigger checks. All while voting all red, all the way down the ballot, in every election they participate in.

We're not a 3rd world country by any stretch. America is wealthier than most nations, you only have to compare the amount of cars a [insert country-based ethnicity here] has compared to the average american family, which has 3-4 typically. We're a nation of idiots, and greedy amoral slugs.

I can't wait to move out, if they ever let me leave. The process of extricating oneself from this sh*thole is a nightmare all by itself.

You can't "become a 3rd world country" lol. The cold War has been over for 30+ years.  You were either aligned with the us and the western bloc (first world country), aligned with the communist bloc (2nd world country) or unaligned/ neutral (3rd world country). Since the war is over its not possible for a country to become a different one than it already is.  

Guns are heavily controlled in Chicago. They just can't get the gangs to follow their rules.

There's usually signs before someone commits a mass shooting but the FBI wouldn't have known that since they're too busy capturing political prisoners that protested at the January 6th certification of the Pedophile in Chief's rigged election. 

You have a better chance getting killed in your car going to or coming from the shopping center etc.

Trying out for summer theater?  Do you have any idea what the odds are of a person going to the grocery store and getting shot?  lol

Every black ghetto in America is a 3rd world country. It's been that way for 50 years.
